On the pitch training in July
Goal-Oriented July! ⚽ Join us on the pitch this month for coach-supported training sessions. While these aren't mandatory, they are the perfect 'assist' to help you find your rhythm before the season officially kicks off. No pressure, just progress—let's keep the ball rolling!
Weight room strength training in July and August
In our recent player survey, you told us that weight room support and strength development were top priorities for your growth. We heard you! These sessions will focus on building the explosive power you need for those 50/50 balls and the functional strength required for injury prevention.
Minicamp July 29th & 30th
Get a head start on the 2026 season with our MIHS Girls Soccer Summer Mini-Camp! This is your chance to shake off the rust, sharpen your skills, and get some quality touches in before tryouts this September.
Led by our MIHS coaching staff, including Head Coach Mark Nowak, this camp is designed to help you level up your play in a high-energy, supportive environment. Attendance isn't required for tryouts, but it’s a great opportunity for any player looking to build chemistry with teammates and enter the season in peak form.
Captain led events in August
The energy from our July sessions will be super, but we’re just getting started! As we head into the final stretch before the official fall season begins, the MIHS Girls Soccer Varsity Captains will continue leading summer training opportunities throughout the month of August.
These sessions are the perfect way to bridge the gap between summer break and tryouts. Whether you are a returning player or new to the program, this is your time to shine.
